This chart shows data from five middle schools in Henrico County. (The names of the schools have been changed.) The chart shows the relationship between cell phone ownership and math performance. The blue bar shows the number of students who own a cell phone in each school. The orange bar shows the number of students who passed the mathematics portion of the Standards of Learning in each school. This chart was used by Board member Gene Brown.
